Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HomeGame24 website, admin panel, game platform, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

HomeGame24 is a hosted platform for organizing social home game nights among friends. The Service provides tools to manage players, run game sessions, track scores, and operate tournaments using virtual chips or play money only.

HomeGame24 does not offer real-money wagering, betting, or gambling. Virtual chips and in-game balances have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or prizes of monetary value, and exist solely for entertainment among your group.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. You represent that you have the authority to bind any organization on whose behalf you use the Service.

You sign in using email-based one-time codes. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@homegame24.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

API keys and other credentials you create are your responsibility. Use scoped keys where possible and rotate or revoke keys that may have been exposed.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for real-money gambling, wagering, or prize pools with monetary value
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Cheat, collude, or attempt to gain unfair advantage in games
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service except as permitted by our API
• Upload malware or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service
• Use the Service in violation of applicable law

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or our house policies. Operators may also restrict individual players through moderation tools provided in the panel.

Hosting credits, promotional credits, and usage-based limits are described on our pricing page. When you purchase hosting credits, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge you for that purchase.

Session runtime is charged from your hosting-credit balance when a session goes live, up to the prepaid runtime quote shown before scheduling. Eligible unused runtime may be credited back to that balance when a session ends early; runtime beyond the estimate is not charged above the quote. Optional features may be charged separately when used.

Except for credits returned under the runtime policy above or where required by law, purchased hosting credits and fees are non-refundable. We may change prices or limits with reasonable notice; changes apply only to future quotes and purchases.

You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service (player names, game configurations, messages, and similar content). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to operate and improve the Service for you and your players.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and process personal information about players you add to the Service, and for providing any notices required in your jurisdiction.

HomeGame24 and its logos, software, documentation, and visual design are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or underlying platform except the limited right to use the Service as intended.

The Service may integrate with third-party providers (for example, payment processing, email delivery, or AI-assisted admin tools). Your use of those features may be subject to additional third-party terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Game outcomes, statistics, and automated features (including AI-assisted tools) are provided for convenience and may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying important decisions.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOMEGAME24 AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

You will defend and indemnify HomeGame24 against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued provision becomes impractical. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by nature should survive (including payment obligations accrued, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HomeGame24 operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
